POWDER COATING
At the Blast Lab we offer powder coating services to help bring your project to life. Since we can effectively remove paint and rust with our media blasting, the new coating will adhere stronger than your conventional liquid paint. The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat, leaving you with a hard finish that is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
MEDIA BLASTING
Media blasting is a dry abrasive blasting process we do that is designed to replace the traditional chemical stripping and sand blasting process. Unlike sand blasting, media blasting does not leave behind hazardous chemical residues or cause metal fatigue. Our result is providing you with a clean, softly etched surface, which is ready to be primed or powder coated.
